  4. The messages numbered less than 1000 are part of the KBBS online
  5. manual. This message, and all those numbered higher than 1000,
  6. are additions to the manual or additional information.

  8. Occasionally, the online KBBS manual is updated. The message
  9. numbers will be different as well as the contents. When the KBBS
  10. manual is updated, we will include a "download" version, so that
  11. registered sysops can add this to their system, and change
  12. message number one (1) indicating this change.
